Service animals are covered under the ADA, support animals are covered under the FHA.

When I build a new house or whatever I always make it ADA compliant except for the counter tops.

Other than the obvious, tell your manager to look out for liabilities (trip and fall, ADA stuff, etc.), you don't want to get sued.

The ADA says Service dogs and ESDs must not show aggression and be under control of the owners at all times.

I've been working on a business plan for it using the senior living housing model without the ADA/medical component.

The placement is powerful because it does two things assuming you place correctly, 1) tells people where to go to find your ad next time and 2) positions your ad as a focal point.

Thanks for that, but again, most of the available information, and even cases, associates the language of ADA and FHA or discusses the differences between ADA and FHA.
