You guys have taken massive action in two years and you should be proud of that.

Im interested  Nice, so we would be able to integrate with those tools, so that when someone responds with interest, they will automatically push over to InvestorFuse to manage them with manual actions and the automated drip campaigns.

Though it may cash flow well based on their current debt service, when you compare the income it produces to the equity they have is it actually even a good investment for them from an ROI perspective or would they be better off liquidating and redeploying?

My experience has been that most lenders don’t immediately move on this, many don’t take action for 6 - 12 months.
