Assuming the total cost is accurate, how are you completing this project with $750K of total committed capital?

From my research on Zillow, I'm seeing a duplex that has for about $311 per month in that area so not sure if $42 is the most accurate number for monthly taxes.

If they don't than I would gather as much evidence that point to them, bill them, and if you go to court you have your evidence.

My accountant is showing rental property passive losses to be rolled over to 2018 on my tax docs and I don’t think that is accurate.
