We've been paying our cleaners time & a half to work on major holidays so I'm looking to find a solution that is less expensive and more accommodating to our team.Does anyone have a scalable solution to prevent guests from checking in & out on holidays?

There are no size limits when it comes to these loans (conventional is around $725k max loan size) and can accommodate diverse assets like short/mid terms.

I’ve ALWAYS found zoning to be very accommodating to me, a onsey twosey investor vs some big developer.Also zoning can get you to the STREET ADDRESS ASSIGNMENT CLERK…If it is a duplex and u want to use it as a duplex… it’ll need an additional USPS ADDRESS.That’s actually FREE & FAST…The clerk did it for me (county just north of Charlotte NC) while we were on the phone!!

It can be done but you will need to be a true expert at organization to keep it all flowing smoothly.You may need to share your income with othersTry as you might, there will be times that you just can’t accommodate the timing requirements of others.

@Errand P BraithwaiteI land lorded for nearly 40 years and had been requested such accommodation 3 to 4 times.

Therefore, if the tenant must pay heat, electric, hot water, cold water, sewer or trash, their rent assistance would be lowered to accommodate the tenant utility payments. 

Hope y'all are well.I'm getting taken to small claims court (June 20,2024) by a tenant who is autistic and says I didn't "accommodate" her needs.

I respect the owners rights to not refund.. but once you know those policies then one is free to explore other accommodations in case of weather and or their refund policies. all hotels are not the same especially if your a premier guest like I am.

Is there a reason they are willing to be so accommodating to get this property, is everyone turning them down.Can the concession be a combo of pulling payments forward and paying higher rent, like pet rent.I would say stick to your gut and your criteria, but consider the gray areas to see if any criteria or reactions need adjustment.

The value for the resident is generally more about location with relation to a commute, comfortable furnishings, an accommodating owner/landlord, a fenced yard if residents have pets and affordability.
