Some great youtubers are Lili Invests and Jerry Norton with Flip Mastery TV.

Like playing loud music in the middle of the night if you upset her which goes through the walls.

My guess is they are people that watch a lot of YouTube and TikTok, but are not actually real estate investors.  

Take Nithin, for example—we recently featured him on our YouTube channel, where he shared how he’s now pulling in $25k+ per month.
