I spend every summer in either New York or San Diego, and almost exclusively rent a property for 60-90 days through one of these two platforms.  

I might have a property located in East New York that I would want managed.

I have spent the past several years studying market trends, analyzing potential investment properties, and building a network of industry experts.I'm specifically looking for a fellow investor located in the New York area who is interested in collaborating on initial buy and flip projects.

Since you are in "E-town", you are in Lancaster County, and Sam W. has already posted the Lancaster County tax assessor website (I'll link it here):http://lcapp1.co.lancaster.pa.us/aoweb/But "E-town" is really close to a few other counties: Lebanon, Dauphin, York and Cumberland.

It’s located in New York State, and I was informed (though I haven’t seen it in the auction contract) that all mortgages and taxes will be settled by the seller at closing.

Will the cities ever restore themselves? 

I expect the project will be a bit cheaper than the quote because I've been sourcing materials myself which were included in the quote and was able to buy new hardwood flooring on fb marketplace as well as buying nice hardwood cabinets from Habitat Restore that will be refinished instead of buying new plus a few other fun thrifted finds to keep costs down!
