I would wager (on the limited info provided) that you would have negative cashflow property after you realize a year of actuals.

But I would wager that it says something along the lines of (from Florida FAR/Bar As-Is) :L.

I don't know how all this over buying will pan out, but I would wager there will eventually be quite a few houses on the market selling for less than they were purchased for in 2021 and 2022.

I'd wager that most homes in Houston that are very old will have some kind of structural issues.

Most people I'd wager think this would mean a 7-year loan, where the debt matures after 7 years.

I'd wager the vandalism and theft were done by a former tenant.

I'd wager none (assuming they actually read the whole thing).

What do you think happens when rates go down a percent or two, I'd wager every it'd go up $5-10k per $100k for every percent drop.
