No persons of contact with the company can be verified.

Has my contractors and my old PM ripped me off on certain things that I can't verify due to being OOS, 100%.

Fourth piece of advice...don't believe people's advice that have something to sell you without fully verifying & doing your diligence.Really dig in on #2 before you do anything

You can do all the prequalifying from anywhere via credit check, call references, verify income etc.Make sure you have a handy person, ac person, plumber, etc etc that you can call when you need some work done.
