I’m what everyone has dubbed a NET WINNER from 5k that I made with my 10k invest.

and then folks from all over Europe and a lot of Russian Eastern block. and all the while the local thais are so friendly and kind.. !!!

I have four properties that I have done this with, one of which we have dubbed the nurse hotel, being that I am booked out months in advance from referrals from other nurses that keep coming in. 

A decent year is a dub and a good year a 5 bagger....Thats 500% for you non stock types.

That said, the population is not at all in danger of losing out as the total net only lost a tiny % for the first time recently and was dubbed "the great exodus" by the media.

Just for the 2 units that in my mind were rent ready (have needed plumbing work in both). 1 water heater wasn't working (not producing any hot water, eneded up replacing 2 thermostats and a lower element). the other one required a new dub drainage connection (it was completely rusted / corrosive damage and was leaking into the basement. luckily this was on the first floor.
