There is some racial tension as well with a very high population of African Muslim immigrants in a very traditionally caucasian state.

The other consideration is the natural tension between developer and builder.

I don’t have any tension on buying their house.

Even if it’s 3-4 hours away, but your first one will be your scariest and sometimes just being able to go and see the place yourself will ease that tension.

I have my first two flips going right now - and I have to be honest, I’m getting a bit nervous with what seems to be a daily intensifying of global tension for the U.S. and how that hurts my end point.  

We have seismic considerations on all of our construction, and any chance of liquefaction generally means post-tensioned slab.Not sure what WA is doing for seismic these days but I know the Cascadia subduction zone is getting more and more attention. 

After all, sharing the interior of the house with FOUR different persons/families and only two bathrooms in my opinion is a recipe for disaster and tension. 

I feel awkward as they really came off strong but there is tension now with an offer.

I personally do not do this and it's caused tension with buyers when they found out the seller was still showing but as far as I know there is nothing stopping them because it is "Contingent Kick Out" or "Contingent No Kick Out" and not listed as "Contract" in the MRIS.
