Have you ever considered hiring someone that uses software (like Matterport) to 360 map and image your unit for prospective tenants to do virtual tours?

Luckily, my brother is a software engineer so he put together a website where new tenants can simply click on "apply."

That is all well and good, though you don't save any money using their software.  

Not to mention there is others out there with GIANT budgets, massive systems, proprietary software to effect big efficiencies, and they can't operate at that insanely low level, there is a reason for that. 

"His" software I found interesting, but I don't believe he developed it.

Hemlane is a property management software.

You'll need good contact info for them to be able to collect, and ideally the new address for the tenant however which if you don't have can probably be found easily with some online sleuthing/ contacting their employer, skip tracing software, etc. 

They said I won't affect my assets by resetting the software etc.
