Yes, they're entitled to price it wherever they'd like.I would say an average markup that I've seen in my market is ~$5,000, but I do get deals from some that try to milk the profits and squeeze $15k+.

Once I have spread on my first layer of mud and have embedded the joint tape I skim it one more time with a fairly light coat and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes, then i use a really moist clam shell sponge and float out the edges before it dries completely.
