I think you can do a better job to phrase that conversation but it's a starting point.

Those are the phrases I have heard my entire life.....BUT, I am a “Hold my beer” type of guy who doesn’t let the nay-sayers get the better of me!

That phrase has some merit to it for sure.

I might be phrasing it incorrectly- Alliance Environmental did the tests that showed we had asbestos in the popcorn ceilings and they are a company who can provide remediation, but they are not the company who caused the problem.
