Yes worked with local agent but completed most of the marketing through professional staging and photography which I funded.

If he is a house flipper then your photography skills may come in handy when he needs to market the finished property. 

(my "hobbies" have varied from cars, computers, home audio, car audio, electronics, computer programming, photography, motorcycles, hiking, bicycling, running, on and on the list goes) I'd say I never mastered any of them and I still find most interesting, I just don't do them anymore for various reasons.I have stuck with the same area of work for 10 years now, but now I am truly bored with it.

It was a little less than $400 as well and came with professional photography.

Condition against either of those might be right or wrong, because the photography being so bad makes it hard to judge the property.
