That said, they've gone through some huge growth over the last couple years and maybe they're having some growing pains? 

My greatest pain point is not that the deals failed, although that certainly adds salt to the wounds, it's the poor communication, false narratives, chasing (almost begging) for updates, lack of full disclosure, the smoke and mirrors, etc.

I feel for these older folks on fixed incomes where large increases back to back are painful.

As long as you have some residential areas where RVs and Boats are a pain to park or not allowed at all you will have customers. 

Chasing keys is a pain and we're trying to find an all in one solution-if it exists. 

It was a while ago and I was able to have the fee reimbursed I believe, but I have a US based manager from VRBO so it was not too painful a process.

These people are a pain in the arse, get a good Environmental company to do your Phase 1 and any permitting you might have to do for stream crossings, wetland compensation, ect.

My biggest pain point is rounding up help to move them in and out, as I'm a solo self manager.
