Why not have an online meetup in the second week of April?

The online tools are a good way to get a ballpark number and can sometimes be close to accurate, but a PM is able to tell you a more accurate amount. 

It sounds like a good opportunity and I want to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some reviews since the program is a high ticket of $15K I couldn't find much online about this program or Brian Grimes. 

Often pretty quickly....see something online at 1pm and I'm meeting you there at 2pm to see if we can lock it up before someone else did. 

It is not very difficult or complicated to evaluate commercial real estate, there are plenty of good books available that can teach you how, textbooks, online courses, community college classes, even excellent youtube videos etc, and it is actually quite enjoyable in the process to learn.

My best contractors over thirty years of flipping were always people I met through networking or other investors or trial and error, never online.

when I used a capital gains calculator online, if I put zero money down and put the 2 loans, the cap gains is a lot lower than if I just recorded 1 loan and entered the money from the downpayment loan under cash.

Seen that play a few times.. this whole sub to being taught to under capitalized or starter investors who don't know what they don't know and learn this on line is just so very dangerous.

There's also free services for tenants to pay their rent online which include some light accounting features.
