SW MN is hard to find Landlord Insurance, all local insurance companies say thy quote you landlord insurance, but they realy quote you general home owners insurance.

There are companies out there who will review a file for you (for a fee) and be able to tell you what was changed on the document? 

We work hard and know our reputation is everything and a little transparency never hurts any company!  

Since the previous owner is getting most of the proceeds does the closing attorney issue him a 1099S and then issue my company one for a much lower amount?

While there are some large PM companies that operate nationally, I recommend trying to find smaller management companies in each of the Ohio cities.
