It is on a steep hill and right on the 2lane Kuakini Hwy....but it performs well.Then a Volcano happens with the subsequent media hype.

But don't believe the hype that gurus like LeGrand put out.

I would be curious if someone can confirm if there is still opportunity there and to what extent the numbers live up to the hype for those entering the market today.

I understand it’s mostly a hype session and sales pitch, and I have no intention of buying their next level package.

It didn’t live up to the hype and has left me steeply disappointed. 

Its not a hype session, its an honest to god technical manual about how to do business in commercial real estate effectively.

Contrary to all the "guru" hype, there really is nothing new in the real estate business.

Anyway, he is still wrong for misleading others.Fortunately, I met a guy named Steve in Home Depot, he is an experienced rehabber and after telling him my story he recommended a 9 day course that has no advertisement, no website (yet they say), and no hype.

Just to be clear, you are not to come "naked" to the event (ha ha).The name comes from the owner (an investor herself) who was tired of the guru hype and wanted the "Bare Truth About RE Investing", hence the name.
