I typically acted as a loan wolf, meaning I am not a big conference guy, but when I went to one of my first note conferences I was shocked.

Sitting in a hotel conference room just outside of Milwaukee with probably 300 people I got a tour of every possible way how to make money in real estate followed by the obligatory pictures of checks cashed to proof the point.

I have been to a few big conferences, book launches, and numerous local meetups, but nothing can even come close to BPCON 2023 in Orlando last week.

I was just at a conference where several hard and private money lenders fund these deals for investors and developers.

Moreover, the investor that hosted the video conference stated that many of his deals are funded initially with hard money, plus he helped me with the numbers that I was utilizing in the calculator. 

You owe it to yourself to attend a NARPM conference.

BP put us on stage at two of their conferences and that really got us over the finish line.. 

I met them at an STR Conference last year. 

I missed out this year but I refuse to let next year's conference pass me by.
