Also, I do fly a lot from Chicago OHare, especially international direct flights.

If you're going to make it in this business you're going to have to wrap your head around the fact that things like that are going to happen and you've got nobody to blame other than the criminals themselves.Her complaint is that the PM did not notice the stove missing during the inspection; the owner was the one that noticed it missing.

Be respectful to these people but do not internalize their words.

I always got the impression that he had a bad criminal record or never got his high school diploma/ GED equivalent or some other issue was preventing him from getting a license, because he was basically just brokering without a license but calling it consulting (I don't know any of that to be true for the record, that was just the impression that I got from his comments and might explain why he used a fake name?).
