It has to be something the individual wants, and let's face it, that isn't your typical BP investor.

Just make sure you do your due diligence as not every lender who closes a DSCR (individual or LLC) loan will avoid reporting to personal credit.

It will help round you into a more complete individual as you continue to develop and mature.

If a cash out refinance, many lenders will allow the cash out to satisfy the reserves requirement.DSCR lenders generally let you vest either individually or as an LLC.

When you can access the opportunities first, you can qualify the lead first, analyse and find the best deals first, reach out and build rapport first , offer your solution first (rather than having your offer thrown on a pile of others the individual has already been given) and so on.

Most of the ultra wealthy individuals sacrifice a lot to obtain their wealth, and I won’t make those same sacrifices.Similarly, I don’t desire to have 5% body fat because I don’t want to put in the effort required for it.I understand that ultra wealthy is subjective, but the main point stands. 

It is unfortunately a very risky thing to invest with individuals.

I don't understand if I count since I'm living in the property or if it's only the tenants that count towards the limit of individuals that are unrelated living together.

I'm seeking to be in an environment with like minded individuals to learn and network to grow my portfolio and eventually network to collaborate on larger deals once I have a better understanding of the commercial side.
