For instance, the network one can build from going to an Ivy League school such as Harvard is priceless (the extreme end of the spectrum) to the appreciation of working with people from all over the world in a university setting (diversity breeds creativity).Though the cost of higher education in the US is astronomically high when compared to other parts of the world, the benefits should always be weighed not only on the cost but on the intangible elements of higher education.

Last bottom was around year 2010, today 2017, about 7 years after last bottom, using the 18 years real estate cycle from Harvard, next peak may be year 2024, still have 7 more years for the price to go up, then take another 3 years to bottom out.

Overall that area is a good investment...But imo the fact that Harvard and MIT won't be going anywhere for 100 years is more of a reason to buy than the Wynn.

The returns in Cleveland are far greater then Ca,,,,,, all the best and good luck BTW, stick with GH, MH, CH, Euclid, S Euclid, Lee Harvard, and West side, around W 83rd, - 105, and of course anything you can get near Edwater ,,,,
