I have used cars, trucks, boats, a camper, firearms....even timeshares, but a value is placed on the items and listed in the deal.

People in countries like Germany @ 0.7 homicides caused by guns per 100k persons likely look at ALL of us in the USA, you great folks in Sioux Falls included, and wonder how you/we survive with 3.43 firearm deaths per 100k persons here in the USA as a whole.

Why can't kindergartners own firearms?

Easier to operate when you have a firearm and a 30 pack in your hands.

I'm finally dedicating more time to my passion for real estate investing so I figured I'd drop my intro here now before I start posting.I'm 35 years young, a 15 year combat veteran, and currently own/operate a gun store in North Las Vegas as well as a CNC Manufacturing Facility that contract manufactures for firearm makers across the US and a few other continents as well.I grew up in Waterbury, CT and own properties there, as well as MT and NV.When I first got stationed in Las Vegas a little over a decade ago it was during the real estate boom and as a side gig I worked with property managers and flippers for a few years until the market crumbled.  

Currently I am a Class III firearms (machine guns, sound suppressors, short barrel rifles/shotguns, etc.) dealer in addition to a property manager and investor.Mike

We need a voice in Washington and at the State Level.Realtors have one in NAR, fire arm owners have several (NRA to name one), etc.

(keeping the local self serving or ignorant of the results of this, politicians from damaging the housing supply in their areas by letting them turn to into slums).This industry (like firearms) is not without friends in Congress--but the case would have to presented to them as a carefully thought out sales pitch, (probably along with SWAMP money) by an industry advocate group to get off the ground. 

I won't take on any properties there because we can't be succesful in that area and I don't carry a fire arm.
