I'm a college football junkie! 

It's a fantasy, but I wish the industry standard was to run your numbers while taking into account ALL of those future costs, regardless if one may not apply to your specific situation.

We had national highschool football championships, won All-American City in ~2001.

Deals without money are a fantasy.

One person asked us if we had club seats when we invited them to a football game the other day (we don't) and a few weeks ago during a play date a friend asked us how much money we make (ridiculous). 

This seems like a get rich quick fantasy.

Demand for turnkey homes already in perfect shape to live in is actually down a tad, relative to people that want to live out the HGTV fantasy wherein throwing in $20k in upgrades actually adds $20k in value.
