As a general rule, I would never pay any up-front money to a lender or lending organization.All the love in the world to the entrepreneurs who take the risks to start up businesses and bring new services to the world.

I'm a young entrepreneur, 22 years old doing e-commerce and marketing as a side hustle.

Some people/ entrepreneurs will work side gigs for additional income after they have exhausted all available, and profitable hours that can be devoted to their primary gig. 

Like many of you, my aspiration to be an entrepreneur was fired up by Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I have never looked back ever since!

As an Entrepreneur, not just in Real Estate, I've figured out how to do things on my own. 

Our Mayor's focus on tech education, on fostering interest and innovation in future generations, and on helping businesses and entrepreneurs in the local tech industry work with other local businesses and leadership to grow the community proactively are all worthy of note.This post was not meant to be a sales pitch for Birmingham as the new tech hub of the world, that would be ludicrous.

I myself am a Realtor, wholesaler, investor, and entrepreneur.

My Grandfather was a entrepreneur with fingers in  building/developing/property management/patent trolling/window and door manufacturing...  

I suspect RE is only behind entrepreneur as wealth generator for the billionaires but that is only speculation as I have not seen a source.

From an entrepreneur standpoint, these barriers and challenges are what also create the opportunities.
