I've had so many deals fall through this year and am feeling exhausted from putting in a lot of time and energy to deal I thought were going to be solid an they ended up falling through. 

I'm hoping investors allocate some of the resources and energy spent hiding in the cloaks of secrecy on being a good real estate operator who avoids claims from arising in the first place as opposed to falsely believing you have greater protection.

You can search on Google, attend REI meetings, or explore Facebook groups.People invest a lot of time and energy in generating off-market leads, and connecting with reliable, reputable sources who supply quality deals can be a game changer.

But that's the nice thing about real estate, money, time and energy are interchangeable, you can substitute one for another.

I would slightly undercut your competition to get bookings rolling in and start getting 5 star  reviews.

I provide a 5 star experience so that there is never a reason to have a disgruntled guests.
