Hello Community,       Does BP provide a calculator for AirBNB and Commercial apt properties?I'm new to BP. Thanks.

My local insurance broker I have used for this umbrella does not have options to alot of commerical lines/carriers for this so I thought I would reach out here. 

we recently bought a commercial retail plaza and have a lot of space we are looking to lease out.  I am open to converting the space for whatever will occupy it. Looking for ideas that are outside of the box.

With our transient life style, the class/appreciation goals single family just made sense.I hope to invest in commerical, apartment and vacation rentals but I am sure something else will come up in between.

Is there a big difference in Wholesaling Commerical and Residence?
