I use Turbotenant as my Property Management Software (PMS) to manage my properties and while I'm setting up my properties on it I can easily market the property with a click of a button and it will push out to all platforms that Zillow does not own: Apartment.com, Redfin, etc. 

The landscape is changing in that there are so many resources available and so much knowledge accessible by the click of a hyperlink.

Your mailers have to be conditioning based, referencing back to the converting portion (website / click funnel).

Please just click on the magnifying glass in the upper corner.

If you notice these you can report them by clicking the three dots at the bottom of a post   “ . . .”

Either way, the properties that will float to the top are those with the most clicks and booking activity, (or the brand new listings).

I would venture to say that it might be worth your time to pay the rent directly to the new landlord to get rid of a problem.I clicked post too soon.
