Good Hollywood.You can tell when some of the shows were filmed (one was at Christmas time so it was probably last year) and they got new cars (Hummer and Benz CLS) instead of the white F-150's.Good luck with your RE investment.

Hey there,It's the day after christmas and I'm not expecting many sales calls so I thought I would do a little reading on the web and came across this site.It looks like an interesting place so I think I'll stay a while longer :-)

I was given a subscription to a magazine of my choice for Christmas.

The past three weeks are typically tough for real estate: right after Christmas and the New Year.

One of the board members is retired and has nothing better to do than to walk up and down several times a day with his clip board, making notations about every little thing, then calling the Management Comp to fine the owner for such things as : too many flower pots on the patio/balconey, anyone who has decorated their front entrance with holiday decorations such as hearts on valentines day, bunny rabbits on easter, Christmas lights are out of the question.
