Also some people have a problem using less soap so they have soapy clothes.. but that is front load or top load.

I find that a warm buck of water and some tide powder soap in the water and then on the wetted floor and scrub with a good stiff bristled brush.

He's not talking about doing the detailed cleaning, but rather getting the bulk of the matter off of walls, ceilings, fixtures, furnishings, and perhaps vacuuming the carpet as well.If you choose to do some level of cleaning yourself (prior to demo) then you can simply use mild dish-soap and water.
