I think one thing people need to understand is in the US the ten-year treasury is competing against the mortgage-backed securities and while the ten-year is impacted by interest rates, its not the only factor and amount of spending we do also impacts it.they auctioned off 30-year today and it went really bad as no one wants our long-term debt and it sold for 4.3%10-year notes recently traded for 3.96% but again very weak demand - which I believe means yield prices may continue to move up, which means interest rates are not going down dramatically anytime soon - so that fed 25 or 50bps drop is not going to have your mortgage lender dropping rates suddenly the next day...Now the spread between the 10 yr and 30yr mortgages historically is closer to 1.75 but recently has been between 2-3% due to yield curve.

Similar view on equities I stated just on Monday, and anytime margin increases with rates staying stagnant going forward we're going to have larger and larger drawdowns.

this was the only refund by RADD mentioned in the 66 Google reviews/responses on their Google listing, and it was in response to an investor who had filed an SEC complaint, so everyone who has invested with them and has been denied a redemption, please file SEC complaint, but still more likely that a chronically depressed Lemming will survive the annual ocean crossing than you will see a dime of your investment anytime soon.

It's going to be an obvious patch job when they do inspections and they may ask for credits or replacement so you are more likely to get more by doing more.I don't know any roofers in Canton, but any time I see patch and roof and sell, I don't think it's necessarily wise.

Lesson learned: anytime you can break even in California anywhere near the coast with 20% down, just do it and don't ask to many questions.Now, there is a lot of capital looking for anything near the coast and things are a bit pricey.
