After spending all day dodging junk mail, junk e-mail, junk texts, and junk phone calls I have very little energy left for junk BP posts!

I just got off the phone today with an investor-friendly real estate agent in another state (not NYS) who has a whole team behind her and has made it seem as if real estate investing is a much simpler process.

So maybe 8 phone calls across a year if you have a well maintained unit.

So, I called the phone number listed on his email, and it would pick up, have a recording that said "this call will be recorded," and then hang up on me!

There are 2 group calls per month with Jerome leading the call; it is scheduled at 2 pm PST (not ideal for most people regardless of time zone), Jerome was always late, there is no agenda or plan for the call, his phone reception was interrupted constantly to the point that his line would drop, and each call has ended abruptly with Jerome saying he had another commitment he had to get to.

Way too much time spent on phone calls and on chats etcYeah it’s especially frustrating when you get the autopay all set up and then they transfer the loan to a new bank or a new servicing company takes over and it’s back to square one again.  

We had only worked together via phone and email for this deal.After all prorations at closing, I was only responsible to bring 6% to the table.

If anything, have a small sign in front of the house that says who the builder is and phone number (that's common for contractors to do, and also so that neighbors feel they have some to call if there is dust blowing from the site or whatever), and then you may have people calling you asking about availability (people always want something more that they had to chase and can tell their friends the story of how they got the house). 

These are good attorneys, one of them even spent over 45 minutes on the phone talking to me about options, as well as a personal discussion about fishing, so he clearly wasn't trying to dismiss me.If you have a case, you can file a complaint with the state commission.
