The umbrella limits are used when the underlying (primary) limits are exhausted in a claim.Your Condo Declarations and Bylaws will determine what the Association needs to cover.  

Hey BP Team,I have a client who's currently under contract on multiple properties (all great deals) but is getting into a position where his down payments funds are getting exhausted as he builds his portfolio.Ideally, he'd prefer to not bring in a capital partner though we believe that would be the easiest solution.

Give written instructions on disposing of trash (like keep the dang lid on the trash cans), using exhaust fans when cooking/bathing (or crack open a window), what surfaces need a special cleaner.

If you can hold on for a long time and don't need to sell then you can withstand market turbulence. the shortsighted ones get into positions where they cant wait for a market to recover.
