Atlanta has a very active REI community - there's no way you can't do better than this PM, and if the neighborhood is good, I'd quit doing voucher tenants as well.As an aside: are you investing in Georgia all the way from Milan?

Because the waitlist to get approved for a section 8 voucher is long, the recipients are typically very good tenants because they know if they aren't they run the risk of losing their voucher.

Would be ideal if my tenant could cover the water bill, but since it's a section 8 tenant, I picked up the water bill because the voucher maxed out.
