If your are courtiuos and friendly you can approach the countermen and ask for a recomendation on a good father and son plumbing company with a good reputation and who pay their bills on time ,,thats your guy.Same thing goes for a good carpenter ,,,that is,,go to an "old school" lumber yard thats been around for ever that sells to primarily tradesmen.The guys behind the counter will gladly recomend a great contractor.Why?

I bought an 85-year-old SFR investment property in Southwestern Pennsylvania from a typical failed landlord who got in 28 years before thinking he could make it in cheap C-class SFR because the cap rates were so nice and got out at 70 years of age desperately trying to unload what he had discovered was his not-so-nice crapshack.As far as home warranties go...they're great to sell a property to the uninformed.

Thanks Jen... however frankly I got ahead of myself on the new financial product and will not be offering it at this time.I loved the logging business the people the being in the woods.. knowing that what we logged today will provide growing ground and lumber for the next generation.. its a totally renewable resource and the Northwest does it right...
