second investment:Rowland NC - house 20 years old - 1600 sq on .4 of acre for 24k - probably purchase for 18k or so - with property management and all expenses - possibly a 300 positive cash flow - we don't expect any appreciation, but in two years or so, could probably put on the market for 30k or so - or possibly L/O...we'd also be putting down like 8k...so the mortgage would be 10k...

And everyone knows what that means, they'll likely run into a LO who needs to meet an application quota and will tell them anything they want to hear just to sign the deal up, regardless if it has a snowball's chance in closing on the terms they quoted or closing at all!
