Also, John Maxwell does a Youtube series that has a lot of great information about the property management side of things (what I do) if you're interested in learning more. 

I have noticed that a lot of these youtube gurus such as Max Maxwell and Flipping Mastery TV(Jerry Norton)  have somewhat high subscriber counts, both over 100k but each video gets only around 10k views.

I first started looking into Bigger Pockets and real estate investing after checking out the youtube channel of Spencer Cornelia, an old friend of mine.

I have been watching the BP Youtube videos, reading the education section, forums, and listening to podcast.

Also what would you say has helped you so far in real estate and if you have any suggestions on where to start or what to do to begin. do you have any books or YouTube channels that have helped you to grow and understand real estate?

There are tons of low-cost or free education options out there -- go dive in for a couple of weeks, get a 'degree' from YouTube University in Wholesaling - listen to different people explain the same concepts in different ways, and when you feel like you're good enough to explain it to others, find more concepts that you have learned, and repeat the process.  

Also, there are a ton of YouTube videos about getting started in wholesaling.

you should also take a course on Airbnb either through YouTube or a dummy book because Airbnb has a lot of layers and it's not something you want to start out learning 2 weeks before your going to rent the property.
