They will be of No help whatsoever, they don’t care.Do NOT look at hoa auctions...many uninformed have done this and later found out the fact that any mortgages, or any other liens, Remain on the property....often the bank already has a foreclosure in process.As for “pre foreclosures”, a misnomer, it just means a foreclosure action has been filed against the property.
