I was incredibly concerned about finding tenant after reading all the horror stories but at least in my case it was an incredibly smooth/fast process.

Getting through the first couple of deals is hard, but once you get the system down, subsequent deals can go very smooth.

Luckily, the tenant didn't argue anything and it went pretty smooth but there were so many things that could've been questioned just because it is different from a straight rental but there is still a rental portion.
