As a brainstorming session occured with my motivated fellow newbie partner we began discussing options requiring the least amount of our money.

They have lots of small training sessions for 2-3 hours on most any topic you are interested in like contacts and leads, social networking, Title information, etc.I have also gotten some good training from the NWMLS on how to do CMAs, and use the MLS to find properties.

I think my wife and I are going to come out there, especially for your session. 

To be honest, the education and the connections I made during the 2 class sessions made the whole experience worth it.It is funny you say that, seeing that my day job puts me face to face with homeowners everyday.
