THAT IS SO ANNOYING IT MAKES ME SCreAM!!! 

It's not like you popped out and the first thing you screamed was, "WHAT'S MY ROI HERE???"

We're finally closing on a single family home this month as we have a second child on the way and my first son loves to scream and yell and run and do other things that probably annoy the hell out of my tenants (customers).

When I hear people talk like this as an investor it makes me want to scream.

So far, I've opted for the newer house because even if I got a screaming deal and was all in for a BRR at $10K less than the newer home, I would still have an old home.  

I tried at lunch because that screamed motivation and got voicemail.I spoke to the woman who's husband is overseas and she lives out of state.

So, while I won't yell and scream about how I hate Cap and Trade, I will happily yell and scream about how the system was seriously flawed in the passing of Cap and Trade.

That's a joke.My day job is managing a rental car vendor and if I rent to a customer once a month for 6 months ; then make a reservation for him for month 7 but he cancels due to a screaming good deal he gets from another vendor I don't deserve compensation for that month.Sounds ridiculous huh ?

Next, I would check with the City for any zoning violations, fines, tax arrears or unpaid utilities.If the things you can check from your kitchen pan out, then go see the property itself and pay keen attention for deferred maintenance or structural issues.Your gut is correct, if it was a screaming deal, it would be gone.
