For starters, this is my first BP post :)I have been looking in the Greenville NC area and Eastern NC for an investment property that I would be renting out for LTR or MTRs.

I live in Chadds Ford and travel to Eastern Delaware county to do my investing.

So far i've done the TAT (Trans American Trail) on my adventure bike along with purchasing a Winnebago Revel 4x4 and going to the eastern most point in the US next up up is 2 months on snowboarding in New England and CO. working my way up to doing a around the world adventure bike ride after riding to the Dalton highway to Peru, climbing all the 14'ers in CO, continue drifting in middle TN at local and regional grassroots events.

We'd like to get closer to my work in Perth Amboy but need to be within reach of NYC so we're targeting the cities with NJ transit stations in eastern Union/Essex Counties (Rahway, Linden, Union, Elizabeth, Irvington, Oranges etc.)After saving and researching over the last couple of years we are finally ready to start putting our team together.

If they don’t do it then try the larger commercial banks like Eastern Bank, Fidelity Bank, Leader Bank, and let them know you’ll use the HELOC to buy another property and would want them to do the mortgage.

In the meantime, I'd like to reach out to the BP community and connect with any real estate agents and contractors active in the areas mentioned.Happy to be part of the BP community (again), and look forward to learning and contributing more here.It’s going to be quite hard to cash flow anywhere in our metro right now with current rates, that said I like D.C. proper right now especially NE as there are some good deals imo, still not likley to cash flow given current rates though, I also really like the eastern shore of Md, it’s definitely not the value it once was, but still affordable relatively (can probably break even on cash flow) very little rental supply and possibly still a little upside on price ( though probably less than dc at this point)
