We are seeing a glimmer of it now in the Q3 reports....the real blood will be in Q4 and 2009 forecasts.The retail numbers that came out today and led to the sell off are really just the begining of what investors will see on balance sheets/income statments.

If you're seen as acting out of desperation, that's like blood in the water to sharks, people won't deal with you, you'll never build trust and most anything you say will be questioned. :)

I like to be onsite ASAP if there is an issue (Fire, flood, blood) and be able to drive to the property and inspect about once a month and do a maintenance inspection every 4 months or so.  

I can just imagine the sharks starting to circle now that they smell the blood of fresh meat in the water. 

Buy as many deals as possible.It's a blood bath out there and the preparation should have already been done.

You are simply in the shark tank at that point, blood is in the water.

Instead of asking someone to give away whatever years of blood, sweat, tears, and money they've put into their business (otherwise known as experience), why not make an offer to help someone?

Now if the drone is going to show the railroad tracks, or the liquor store or the blood soaked intersection may be best to stick with pics :)
