The big one is water capacity (meter upgrades), which you'd be hit with if you have to upgrade your water meter to support the fire sprinklers you may be adding.

I would also recommend putting a good bead of silicone caulking between the garage floor and the PVC trim, and where the PVC trim meets the drywall.
