I really just want to pull some equity out do some updating on it, and put money down on another condo/townhouse most likely Florida or another  condo in same subdivision, pay off some debt. 

I just watched a Youtube video of a lady who bought a House on the East side of Florida and when she received the updated Property Tax bill that tripled, she put the house up for sale and is moving back to North Carolina.

As I am living in the property I am updating things such as the bathroom, paint, cabinets, countertops, and doors.

So quick update. 

I am trying to calculate a valuation - I'm breaking down building value, updates, equipment / inventory and working with seller currently on gathering numbers in regard to the business over the past 3 years to come up with a valuation.
