Meaning if you let that money sit, it will absolutely grow over time.I'm all about diversification, so my vote is don't touch that 401k with a 10 foot pole.Imagine getting to retirement with your $2.5M in real estate, your fast food franchise, some other real estate you buy along the way, your 401k, a Roth IRA, some dividend paying stocks, and a little pile of gold and silver.

For whatever reason I am trying to find a silver lining in C/D's or a model that can work.

Don't be hard on him I think his mindset is a little different than ours and is more geared towards momma eagles kickin baby birdies out of nests and a survival of the fittest eat or be eaten mentality.

Meridian and Eagle are the suburbs of choice, especially Eagle, but with Kuna it’s on the other side of the freeway from Meridian so similarish commute times into Boise.  

BTW I grew up in Silver Spring.

It seems like price per sqft in the Eagle Hill area of Eastie is all over the place. 

CRR has a monthly desk fee of $35 on the Silver Plan for low volume agents (less than 15 transaction a year) and it's $325 per transaction, or a higher volume plan Gold Plan of $100/monthly desk fee, $50 per transaction.
