My client put in a sand volleyball court, as it's quieter than most similar sports. 

Brokers get paid on commission only and want to maximize their time, if they don't think you can close they will likely send your their crap deals if any at all because they won't really take you seriously.This is a team sport so get at least one seasoned person who is willing to bet on your and show you their underwriting process to get your foot in the door and start underwriting deals. 

This often occurs with things like the stock market as well, or even things like sports betting and poker.

My Entire Life i hustled no matter the stage, the area,the arena, level or competitive sport and i've realized how important the hustle is its a lifestyle its a culture it pertains to everything merchandising,real estate,sports ,corporate america and globally.My Question is How hard are you willing to hustle?

That 3rd fact to me makes me lean towards a mentor IF:you can find the right one who can actually teach you...show you by example what you need to do to become successful (ie: blueprint for success)has a track record of successful students that have blazed a path before you showed up.Look, If the right mentor can shave 10 years of mistakes and drastically shorten your learning curve in any given profession or sport I would bear the question. .
