We are growing and expanding into Indian River County, as well.   

I am not about to say anything negative about the towering accomplishments of Indian-Americans in this country compared to the size of their presence in this country.

I switched because I am a part-time agent with a full time job in the Army, and the requirements for me to physically go to the brokerage for EM, documents, checks, etc. was a little straining for me. eXp allows me to do everything online, which is much more convenient.

The property should appreciate over time due to location and demand, and should bring much more monthly income than the LTR, something very important to me as I prepare to transition out of the Army in two years.

If that is the case, then box up what is good and drop it off at a thrift store, salvation army, etc and dump the rest. 

I’m currently in the army and will be PCSing in a few months and I want to “house hack” a duplex or triplex to save the BAH. 

Some context, I am still full time in the Army and have had my real estate license for about 8 months.
