i am a 2 bedroom voucher holder looking for a landlord who desires a great tenant that will take excellent care of the property.

Can I just submit a 4th quarter 941 showing my salary and pay the necessary withholdings through the voucher? 

When I hit 30 coliving doors was where I really needed to craft systems big time - I use those same systems now for over 200 doors.On a slightly different note but something I am incredibly excited about: HUD just came out with a recommendation as well saying that they believe CoLiving could solve the affordable housing crisis in US AND that they will now allow HCV (housing choice vouchers) to be used for CoLiving. 

We still adhere to the state laws around deadlines to return security deposits and what we have to do to close out a deposit, but if it got messy it could get messy.We have also been told by our sister company in Denver that this does not work with anyone receiveing a housing voucher/subsidy, which we have also been unable to confirm in our local market including directly with our local housing authority.

Are they S-8 with housing choice voucher, SSI/SSDI, other?

We do plan on marketing to voucher holders and vets.How do we confirm that a building, that looks like its for 3 apartments, is in fact zoned for 3 apts?

@Tracey Robinson if it was me, I would buy in Washington, DC (I live her so I am bias) in a specific zip code or submarket and rent it to Housing Choice Voucher Program Participants (HCVP rent payments are based on neighborhood FMR-see one attached). 

In this instance, the applicant would say something like -- "I don't have SSN but I do have this Visa as well as this voucher from X country that guarantees I will pay the rent until Y date."

MAIN QUESTIONS: Do any of you have notes being paid with housing assistance vouchers (such as Section 8)? 

I have received an application from someone who gets section 8 vouchers.
