Account Closed I know there are plenty of TK horror stories out there, and mostly they seem to have to do with buying low cost properties $30-$50k in undesireable neighborhoods or having poor property management.  

For instance; I demoed the whole place, removed one wall, three doors, painted the basement and large mud room and removed all flooring that needs to be removed, and by the weekend I should have the yard all cleaned up and ready to go.

Could indicate an undesirability of some kind.  

Depending on the extent of the damage and if you can find the same brick, chinking out the mortar and replacing brick and re-mudding the joint is not a difficult job.

If they are an assistant and preparing the paperwork then yes they owe you all of those things and therefore are guilty as charged and should be shot and their corpse drug through the mud.

I finished the drywall myself in my basement, and did the mud, tape and texture. 

Most if not all of the undesirable elements have been removed from this area and is really rebounding, plus the larger economic factors in KC have made multifamily a little hot as of late.
